ProFlow Drains was created by people who already had extensive experience working within the construction and groundworks sector.
As drainage enquiries continued to increase, it became clear there was a need for a dedicated business focused solely on drainage services. That decision led to the creation of ProFlow Drains, allowing the team to specialise in what they do best while maintaining the same commitment to customer service, quality workmanship and honest advice.

Ricky: Director & Engineer
Ricky provides additional engineering expertise across the business and plays a key role in delivering drainage services throughout the areas we serve.

Alex: Director & Customer Care
While much of the work happens on-site, Alex helps ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. From marketing and customer communications to quotations and customer journey management,
Alex focuses on making sure customers receive a professional experience from their first enquiry through to project completion.
Max: Drainage Engineer
Max carries out many of our day-to-day drainage projects and is often one of the friendly faces customers meet on-site.

Emilia: Office Manager
